Equipment Introduction
The equipment robot and positioner are all on one base for integrated processing, with high parallelism and good workpiece positioning accuracy. The offline programming and teaching-free function improves product utilization and reduces the skill requirements for operators. An external axis is used to control the positioner to rotate the workpiece, ensuring accurate workpiece positioning.
Equipment Features
(1) Dual-station workpiece clamping and loading and unloading can be performed simultaneously;
(2) The robot operation program can be directly called for simple operation;
(3) The swing during welding is controlled by the robot, making welding more accurate and precise.
